On-demand HHO generator for small gas and diesel engines (about 1.1–3.7 liters). Includes generator, reservoir, dry filter, hoses, wiring, brackets, electrolyte, and controller electronics.

On-demand HHO generator for small to mid-size engines from about 1.1 liters to 3.7 liters (typical 4–6 cylinder cars and trucks).

The H2XTRME 882 is a compact 13-plate cell in a welded plastic housing. The kit is sold ready to install: generator, reservoir, dry filter, hoses, wiring, brackets, electrolyte, and controller electronics.

What’s included (full kits)

  • H2XTRME 882 HHO generator (13-plate)
  • Water reservoir
  • Dry filter
  • Hoses, wire, connectors, and hardware
  • Mounting brackets
  • Electrolyte / activator
  • 40A PWM controller
  • Digital amp gauge
  • 60A relay
  • 40A auto-resetting fuse

Bare Generator Only does not include the reservoir, filter, hoses, electronics, or hardware.

Specs

  • Model: H2XTRME 882
  • Engine range: ~1.1 L to 3.7 L
  • Plate count: 13
  • Generator size: approx. 8" W × 7.75" H × 3.5" thick
  • Plumbing: 2 hose connections
  • Electrical: 2 external power connections (internal joints factory-welded)
  • Housing: welded plastic case; Viton O-rings on sealed through-bolts

Which option do I need?

  • No Tuner — older cars with carburetors (no EFI electronics)
  • Gas Tuner — gasoline cars 1987 and newer (fuel injection). Most cars use this one.
  • Diesel Tuner — all diesels with electronic control
  • Pro Series Tuner — advanced gasoline fuel-injection setups. A scan gauge or similar is recommended.
  • Bare Generator — replacement/upgrade cell only

Install overview

  1. Mount the generator and reservoir with the included brackets.
  2. Wire the PWM, relay, fuse, and amp gauge per the illustrated manual.
  3. Plumb hoses: generator → reservoir → dry filter → engine air intake.
  4. Add distilled water and activator, check for leaks, then start the engine and set current per the manual.

The hydrogen-oxygen gas is routed through the reservoir and filter before it enters the intake, where it mixes with incoming air.

Fitment notes

  • Sized for small/medium engines (~1.1–3.7 L). Larger engines need a different kit.
  • Confirm battery/alternator capacity and mounting space before ordering.
  • Check local emissions and modification rules for your vehicle.
