HOW TO?: Step-by-Step Execution Guide
Phase 1: Baseline Testing & Oil Change
- Order the Kit: Receive your analysis kit via USPS Flat Rate shipping.
- Warm the Engine: Run your vehicle for 10–15 minutes. Warm oil flows easier and ensures contaminants are suspended evenly for an accurate sample.
- Drain & Sample: Begin draining your old oil. Catch a midstream sample (not the first burst, and not the final drags) using the first provided container. Fill it roughly 3/4 full and seal it tightly.
- Mix the Treatment: Fill your engine with fresh oil, but save the last quart. Pour the Go-Nano Top Up additive directly into that final quart container, shake it thoroughly, and pour the mixture into the engine. Check your dipstick to ensure the oil level is correct.
- Register Online: Log onto the website and register your vehicle details from your first oil sample.
- Drive Normally: Put standard mileage on the car and observe any immediate feedback, such as reduced engine noise or smoother performance.
Phase 2: The Next Oil Change (The Verification Test)
- Draw Oil Sample: Right before your next scheduled oil change, draw a second sample following Step 2 from above.
- Tip: You can use a vacuum extraction pump and a small tube fed down your dipstick tube to draw this sample without draining the pan early.
- Submit for Analysis: Seal the second container, complete the paperwork, and mail it to the lab.
- Review Results: The lab will provide a detailed chemical analysis highlighting total base numbers (TBN), metal wear particles, and your oil life expectancy.
