Order Confirmation

Will I get confirmation of my order?   Yes, as soon as you put through an order via our website, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you've provided. This is to confirm that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method, ready for your purchase.

 I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?  If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into:

 Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder

There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout

Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.

 What happens after I receive my order confirmation?  We check our warehouse or with our suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and can be dispatched as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping, we'll process the charges and prepare to ship your order.

 In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will reach out to you via email or telephone to offer you an alternative. If you decide not to go ahead with any of the alternatives we've offered, we will remove the pre-authorization from your payment method.

 Privacy and Security

 Why do you need my phone number?  Most of our delivery couriers require a contact number to ensure smooth delivery of your order. You will likely be contacted to arrange for a delivery time-slot most convenient to you. We do not disclose your information to anyone else, it is kept private and confidential. Plus, if there are any issues with your order we can contact you quickly and easily.

 How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?  Usually about 1 week using USPS flat rate packaging.

What are Nano Lubricants?
A nano lubricant is a type of lubricant that contains tiny particles, typically less than 100 nanometers in size. These particles are usually made of solid materials, such as ceramics or metals, and are dispersed in a fluid lubricant, such as oil or grease.

The small size of the particles in a nano lubricant provides several benefits. First, they can penetrate into small spaces between moving parts, reducing friction and wear. Second, they can improve the durability and longevity of the lubricant by resisting breakdown and oxidation. Third, they can provide better thermal and chemical stability, improving the lubricant's performance in extreme conditions.

Nano lubricants are used in a variety of applications, including automotive engines, industrial machinery, and even biomedical devices. They are often used to reduce energy consumption, increase efficiency, and extend the life of equipment.
How do Nano Particles and Lubricant Additives work?

Advancement in commercial production of  sub-micron "Nano Scale" particles of:  Tungsten Disulfide (WS2) • Boron Nitrate (hBN) • Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) and other solids. These particles exhibit high pressure, impact and heat resistance, low toxicity and shock absorbing properties.
They have the potential to create "super performing" lubricants, coatings and polymer composites with benefits including better performance under extreme conditions, greater energy efficiency, user safety and environmental friendliness.
The company's technology platform produces highly symmetrical spherical structures with of concentric layers of inorganic compounds, with a diameter range of 120-280 nm.
The particles are extremely thermal- and pressure-resistant, and their outer layers exfoliate under extreme pressure to bond with working surfaces, creating a continuous super lubricating coating layer. The super lubrication additives, reduce wear by up to 30% depending on the base oil and working conditions, and increasing tribological efficiency with contact pressure.

Compared to commercially available platelet form of WS₂, the main advantages are their true submicron size, closed structure for chemical stability, high impact resistance, and surface smoothing capability.
